From the Station:
Get off at Venice - Mestre station, Turn right onto the main road and follow the street until turning left into 'Via Cappuccina',

From the Airport (Marco Polo):
Bus number 15 to Mestre, get off in 'LEBARCHE' shopping centre walk street down to Via Cappuccina.

From Venice Piazzale Roma:
Bus: (7),(4), (2), (mirano), (Noale), (Scorzè)... ask the driver to drop you in via Cappuccina-Mestre or nearest.
