Directions

By Taxi from the Airport:
Call Metro Taxi and give them our address. Their taxi station is directly in front of The Palace Hostel and the cost is $16.50.

When you leave the airport tell them you need a ride to this address:
666 Calle Suau, Santurce, San Juan, PR

Make sure you agree on a price before entering the vehicle. The price should be $15.00 plus $1 per extra bag. If it is higher than $20.00, say 'no thank you' and go to another taxi.

Calle Suau is a side street in between Calle Hoare and Calle Cerra on Fernadez Juncos.

By Bus from the Airport:
On the upper level of the Luis Munoz Marin International airport look for the nearest bus stop to your right of the exit. Take bus #40 to Isla Verde. Get off at the very first bus stop, about three minutes away from the airport in front of the Denny's.
From Isla Verde, take bus #50 to Ponce de Leon in Miramar. (Always confirm with the driver where they're going.) Tell the driver you are going to Miramar and you will exit at the intersection of Ponce de Leon and Hoare. You will see a bakery/sandwich shop (Al Gusto) on your left-hand side. Go left on Hoare until you reach the next intersection, Jose Marti. Go left. The street only goes right into Suau. Walk down the street and you will see an empty lot on your right-hand side. The Palace Hostel is adjacent to the left side of the empty lot on the right-hand side of the street.
The bus fare is .75USD for each route/bus for a total of 1.50USD and exact change is needed. We are a four-minute walk from the bus stop.
