This apartment is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Miramar and only ONE BLOCK AWAY FROM THE CONVENTION DISTRICT. This historic neighborhood offers quick access to bars, restaurants, movie theater and all the hot spots in Condado and the fortified city of Old San Juan, all for the best price around town.

This apartment is about 450 sf. Its been recently rebuilt and very clean. It feels very quiet and very safe. Access to the building is by card which is also use to access the parking.
