All flights originate from our headquarters in Middletown, KY. We fly twice daily, in the morning at sunrise or in the evening 1.5 hours before sunset. The entire experience takes approximately 2.5-3 hours from start to finish, with the ride itself lasting around an hour. We welcome your family and friends to come along and follow our chase crew while you are on your flight. Every flight ends with a celebratory toast (champagne or sparkling cider) for our passengers.

A hot air balloon ride is a fantastic experience to share with friends and family. We recommend that passengers be at least 48-52 inches tall and at least 8 years old. We ask that all passengers have the ability to stand for at least an hour unassisted. Capacity: Our capacity will vary, as with most aircraft, depending upon the weight of the passengers. Our large balloon can accommodate 5-6 passengers depending upon the group weight. For larger groups we can fly multiple balloons!

If you are 65 years of age or older, please let us know in advance. We would like to check on the physical condition of passengers in this category before scheduling a flight. Landings can be a bit bouncy, and you will be required to climb into and out of the basket.

If you are pregnant, just had surgery, have knee or back problems, or can't stand up for at least an hour, we are sorry. No flights allowed. No exceptions. Also, no children under the age of seven years old. (We will give you a refund or transfer the certificate to someone else if you fall into one of these categories.)
