And for folks who are after the perfect setting to host an unforgettable family trip or a family reunion we offer the best in multi generational travel paired with the highest level of service, hospitality and comfort. Activities for family members include fly-fishing, hiking, trapshooting, family rodeos, white-water rafting, great dining and unforgettable live entertainment.

Check in on Sunday go swimming, fish, or hike at your leisure. Orientation is at 6:00 pm in the Pioneer Club, followed by dinner in the Ranch House. Monday is all about horses and riding in the Rockies. Tuesday you can hike, rock climb (guided), shoot clays, enjoy a massage and yoga or partake in many different horseback rides. Wednesday the star of the show white-water rafting, but you still have hiking and riding options as well. Thursday enjoy mountain biking, horseback riding, fly-fishing and hiking. Friday & Saturday fit in all the above mentioned but don't skip the Tumbling River Rodeo or our live music!

Our rates change year to year and season to season, it is best to find the most current rates listed on our website. The cost of the Sunday-to-Sunday stay includes accommodations (rooms have private baths and fireplaces), meals, facilities (heated pool, hot tubs), personalized horsemanship program, children's programs, evening activities, guided hiking programs, shooting sports, fishing on our private ponds, vehicle trips, and the overnight pack-trip. The additional items that are not included are a 3.9% state sales tax, service charge (15%) (instead of our gratuity pool we have had in the past), white-water rafting ($78 per person), airport transfers ($350 round-trip for the entire family up to 6 people, more details here), massage therapy, exclusive guided fly fishing excursions with professional guides, evening babysitting (for children under 3 years old), and family portraits.

We do occasional offer weeks on-sale or weeks that we will take less than a Sunday to Sunday stay. Please call or email the ranch to find out if we are running any sales.

Enjoy outstanding facilities, with a selection of cabins with fireplaces and private baths, and two historic lodges with spacious rooms and suites, plus a heated swimming pool, hot tubs, and much more. At Tumbling River Ranch, meals are a source of pride. Everything is home-cookedi -we make our own breads and desserts, and guarantee that you and your kids will be more than satisfied with the menu. Typical dinners will feature a wide range of entrees, including tri-tip roasts, pork tenderloin, grilled salmon, smoked trout, barbecued chicken and ribsi -and all you can eat! If you have special needs with your meals, don't worry: we're happy to cater to any eating style or dietary need.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm. If you are driving to the ranch, we recommend that you arrive between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm (dinner is at 7:00 pm, following a 6:00 pm orientation). If you are using ranch transportation, note that Denver International Airport is 75 miles away from Tumbling River (about a two-hour drive), and our first available airport pickup is at 1:00 pm on check-in Sunday as a result. Please schedule your flight accordingly.

We have wonderful ranch pets for you to love while at Tumbling River Ranch, but we cannot provide for guest pets. Please do not allow ranch pets inside any buildings.
