Evelyn's apartment is located upstairs and consists of three bedrooms with two bathrooms, a living and dining room, large enclosed patio and a kitchen area.

Evelyn's apartment can be rented either as a two bedroom or three bedroom unit.

The master bedroom and all other rooms feature air-conditioning and a standing fan. The master room is ensuite and features a double bed and single bed as well as lots of cupboard space. The second bedroom has double beds and a single bed and a standing fan is also provided. Our third bedroom here at Evelyn's Apartment features a double bed and single bed with a standing fan provided.

The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom and shower.

The kitchen is well equipped with coffee maker, microwave, toaster, gas stove, fridge.

The dining room has a table and chairs for 8 persons. The living room has cable TV, comfortable chairs and sofa and opens on to a large patio area which is completely enclosed.

The patio, which offers a view of the neighborhood, is furnished with chairs for relaxing.

There is another small common area which contains a linen cupboard, telephone, and small selection of books for your enjoyment.

Downstairs there is a one bedroom and two bedroom apartment which is rented separately and a laundry room is shared between the tenants. This laundry room consists of a washing machine and iron and ironing board.

There is also a garden where laundry can be dried as well as space inside for drying clothes.

Directions

Evelyn's Apartment is located in St. Lawrence Gap, Christ Church. It is a very popular area for visitors which is located approximately 15 minutes drive from the Grantley Adams International Airport.

The trip to the island's capital, Bridgetown, is approximately 15-20 minutes. In early morning traffic the trip to the Embassy of the United States is approximately twenty-two minutes.

The bus stop is 200 yards away. Buses, mini buses and route taxis are available. There are buses available to the capital and other parts of the island. The service usually runs until midnight.
