We are located 2km from the historic center of Arraial d'Ajuda in the Araçaípe Beach, seaside deck, has private parking, 24 hour security, 12 apartments with full tropical breakfast, garden, bar and bistro, leisure area, solar energy, transfer service (optional), wireless Internet (wirelles), massage services, manicures and baby-sitter (optional).

We have 12 suites of high standard, with more than 30 m2, comfortable and cozy, equipped with queen bed box, facilities and latest equipment environmentally friendly (solar energy), 12,000 Btu Split Air conditioning, minibar, 26 'LCD TV and ceiling fan.

Our Bistro is a warm and pleasant to listen to good music, enjoy a drink and delicious salads, sandwiches and grilled.

If you have to cancel your booking, you must do it at least 48hrs before arrival.

If you book between December 15th and March 15th you will be charged 50% in advance in order to secure your booking (non refundable), you may be contacted by the property requesting the CVV code of the credit card used for this booking or asked for a deposit.
This also applies if your booking is during a national holiday, New Year´s eve or Carnival.

Directions

From the Porto Seguro Airport, you need to get the ferryboat (charged, about R$ 12,00 in low season), and when you get to Arraial, just go ahead in the main street, we are a few meters, in your left side, in front of the beach.
