Our guest bedrooms have been individually furnished and tastefully decorated to the highest standard. All the rooms at Hello Sofia are ensuite and are equipped with HD multi-channel TV, and free high speed WiFi internet access. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen facilities.

If you want to cancel or change your booking, you can do that, at least 72hrs before your arrival date. Call us by phone or send email for confirmation. Otherwise your card will be charged, equivalence for one night stay

We accept payment by cash only in Euro or Bulgarian Leva on rate 1.00 Euro = 2.00 Bulgarian Leva and full amount is payable on arrival.

We insist arrival time confirmation by email or phone. Please, pay attention that all reservations are kept no longer than 2 hours after given time. If you feel that you could be late, please call us to keep the room for you.

The 'Blue Zone' parking area in front of the house is free of charge between 18:30 to 7:30h, and payable during the day with SMS, check also the payable parking lot located in close distance /50m/

Directions

From Central Bus/Train Station:
Walking: (&15-20 minutes)

Take Hristo Botev blvd, in 5 minutes you will cross the bridge at Slivnitsa blvd. Keep walking straight from the left side and stop at the intersection with Todor Alexandrov blvd. Take the small paved street with parking area beginning at the left sidewalk. No 12 is on the right side after 2 buildings. ring the bell.

By public transport: (& 15 minutes ride)

First of all buy two tickets - 1.00 lev (0.50 Euro) each (one for you and one for your luggage) from the nearest newspaper kiosk. Then take a tram No 6, 9 or 12, direction 'Makedonia'(Ploshtad Makedonia spelled in Bulgarian) stop at the 3rd. Cross the blvd and walk to the intersection with Todor Alexandrov blvd. Take the small paved street with huge parking area, No 12 is an old house on the right side, after a block of few tall buildings. Look for the bell with our name standing next to the metal entrance gate. We are new and still do not have sign on the house facade.

By taxi: (& 10 minutes ride)

Distance to the hostel: 3 km, an honest fare is 0,60 Leva/km daytime(written on a sticker on the cab window). You can find cheap taxis in front of the MAIN entrance of the bus station only - it is 150m in left from the train station. Check the exact company name on the car's doors and motor hood. The correct sign should show 'OK Supertrans' and 9732121. There are fake taxis with similar name and phone as well as sign design. The total fare should be no more than 4-5.00leva/&2.50Euro/.

To avoid scam go to the desk of 'OK Taxi' at the terminal and request a cab to our address. The distance to the property is 15 km, honest fare is around 15 Lv (8 euro) daytime

The place is a big parking area in front of Hello Sofia Guesthouse where you
can stop and park your car.

We always recommend to use our pickup service and avoid hassle and troubles caused by famous Sofia 'taxi' drivers or public transport. Hello Sofia is located 1 min from the most central and important metro station - Serdika and about 3 mins walking from City's most central architectural spot /Sofia's plan main-point/ - Cathedral Sveta Nedelya
