Take a bus saying ADUANA and ask the driver to drop you of at Blanco with Almirante Gomez Carreo street at the highst of Reloj Turri. Walk towards the hill and take the elevator Concepcion. Walk up Temple man street two blocks, turn left in Abtao street walk to the next corner, Concepcion. About $700 CLP.
