Princess Maria is a 3 floor building, with wooden floors, well equiped kitchen, large spacious rooms, hot water private bathroom and much more...

We have a TV in each room with american and european channels. Our hostel is managed by the family here, with well spoken Spanish, English, French and Russian.

We also have a nice small garden. A decent location for solo tourist where they can meet ther persons and make new friends.

Free Internet; wireless in each floor.

A nice living room where you can watch films or just enjoy a beer.

The hostel is a 10 year old business (formerly a house). The wooden floor are in excellent conditions due to constant care with big doors.

The adress of our hostel is Rocafuerte y Mera (esquina)
Southwest touristic zone of the city. 3 blocks straight to the park and 3 blocks to the right following rocafuerte street up the hill is a blue building right on the upper corner.
if by any reason you cant manage to see where are we located you can call us and we will be ready to tell you an accurate description of our address.

Please be careful at the terminal of buses of our city, we recommend to take a taxi and you will arrive to our place in les than 3 minutes time.
