Spacious two bedroom loft apartment with two double sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has built-in wardrobes for storage and a double bed. The second bedroom also has a double bed. There is an extra single mattress and a single guest bed (on request) allowing the property to sleep 5/6 comfortably. A well-equipped kitchen with dining seating for six , dishwasher, fridge, freezer, gas hob and electric oven. The bathroom has a mixer shower in the bath. This property is on the 3rd floor and has no lift. There is free designated parking at the rear of the property.
Note: Access to flat is via 3 flights of stairs with no lift.
Please note:
The accommodation provider will charge your credit card with 50% of the total amount after booking Online. Cancellations are free of charge 72 hours prior arrival-late cancellations and no shows will be charged for the first night stay. Cancellations before 72 hours will be refunded the 50% downpayment.
1. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed rental price will be refunded
2. Cancellations made 7 days before the arrival date: No refund will be made
3. No Show on the designated arrival date and time specified will result in automatic cancellation of the booking. No refund will be made
4. An administration charge of 10% of the final agreed rental price will be deducted from any refunds made
5. The Owner and Owners representatives reserve the right to enforce said cancellation policy in its strictest terms. It is therefore highly recommended that an adequate holiday insurance policy is taken out by the guest in the event of any cancellations / arising.
6.Refunds will be conducted within 14 working days.
