Our apartments have been built in the traditional Cycladic style, using the island's colours of blue and white.
Wei re located just 700 metres from the port and the main town of Parikia; wei re about 30 metres from the main sandy beach of Livadia.
Our family-run business offers a welcoming atmosphere where we greet you not just as customers but as friends.
All of our studios have an en-suite bathroom and toilet, a kitchenette, TV, air-conditioning and a big balcony with table and chairs.
You can also sit under our huge araucaria pine tree in the courtyard to relax with a drink or a coffee.
On arrival at the port of Paros, turn left coming out of the port. Walk straight on the left walkway, and within 10 minutes you'll arrive at the studios, located in a quite cul-de-sac opposite the beach.
But to make it easier for our clients, we always try to get in touch either by internet, or if they have a mobile phone we ring them, we find out how they're arriving, the name and time of the boat they arrive on, and we meet them at the port to give them a free transfer to their studio.
