Five bedrooms in all, 3 full baths and 2 half baths private home open for summer rental for those seeking privacy in a small community setting. On the upper level, we have the master bedroom, with a private deck (that also gives rooftop access), skylights,fridge, bathroom with Jacuzzi and large shower. Two other bedrooms are also on that level with twin beds in each. The other 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor. The den has a sectional sofa that converts into a double bed. The study has a day bed with and a futon. House has a deck that wraps around half the house and small built in playground for kids. The house sits on about 3 acres of private wooded land.

The home is contemporary style and offers soaring high ceilings, oversized main living room with multiple seating areas, fully stocked huge kitchen, wet bar, gas grill, den, and separate dining area. Plenty of lounge, and dining furniture to entertain family and friends, indoors or outdoors. The house has air conditioning, wifi, cable, piano, bikes, rollerblades and lots of towels and linens. Sleeps 12+ people.

Located within walking distance to the West Meadows Beach and historic flavor of Stony brook, featuring restaurants, museum, live entertainment, water sports, parks, hiking trails, plus lots of unique shopping.
