As part of the staff team a tourist guide is ready to help with itineraries and suggestions for tourist sites, outings, city tours, the best parties and clubs around the city and great tips on visiting Rio safely with the best that it can offer.
Staff is committed to provide a home away from home experience, from the personal friendly welcome to the emotional goodbyes.
If you have to cancel your booking, you must do it at least 48hrs before arrival.

If you book between December 15th and March 15th you will be charged 50% in advance in order to secure your booking (non refundable), you may be contacted by the property requesting the CVV code of the credit card used for this booking or asked for a deposit.

Directions
From the International Airport (Galeão):
Take the bus from the company 'Real' that goes to Copacabana (cost R$ 12 reais), as soon as u pass through the tunnel you are in Copacabana so this is a good time to remember the bus driver that you should drop at Siqueira Campos Street. We are located at number 214.
.From Santos-Dumont Airport:
Take any of the following buses, 128, 132, 415 or "Real" Bus go all the way through Flamengo and Botafogo. As soon as you pass the tunnel you are in Copacabana and you should ask the driver to let you drop at Siqueira Campos street. We are located on number 214.
From Central Bus Station (Rodoviária):
Get buses 126,127 or 128 (cost BRL2.75) and as soon as you reach Barata Ribeiro Avenue in Copacabana you should drop at Siqueira Campos Street. We are located at number 214.
