By Car:
Coming from either the north or south on the main Pan-American Highway through Chile, take the turn-off marked for Puerto Varas as you pass Lago Llanquihue

By Air:
There are frequent flights from Santiago to El Tepual airport at Puerto Montt, and from there it is only 20 km to Puerto Varas.

By Bus:
There are regular departures from Puerto Montt, Frutillar, Osorno and other cities all over the south. Inquiries can be made in any bus terminal.
