This is a precious historical building facing Rio Pruli canal, restored to the ancient grandeur in the classic Venetian style.<br><br>The Hotel features 37 gorgeous rooms and a rich American bar. The bright and inviting Cafe is arranged every morning for a rich breakfast. The bar is the place to be to relax and enjoy elaborate cocktails and appetizing snacks. Wireless system and Internet point Internet connection are available in public areas and rooms, and two rooms are equipped for guests with impaired mobility.<br><br>The rooms provide every possible comfort, individually controlled air conditioning, minibar, kettle, safe with digital lock, LCD satellite TV, smoke alarm, and Internet Wi-Fi access. The bathroom features hairdryer, magnifying mirror, a complete set of hospitality products, and slippers.<p>Please note Venice City tax is not included in the room rates. Tax costs 1 EUR per hotel star rating, per person, per night, and must be paid to the hotel The tourist tax is payable only for the first 5 nights of stay. Tax will not apply to children under age 10. A 50pct discount is applied to the tax for children 10 to 16 years old, and also applied during periods other than high season. A 40pct discount is applicable for properties located on the mainland, such as Venice Mestre. A 30pct discount is applicable for properties located in the islands such as Venice Lido, or San Clemente.
