This self contained spacious villa offers everything you need to make staying in as pleasurable as dining out. If you do manage to tear yourself away for a few hours, there is a fantastic selection of dining options available on the island only a few minutes away with your complimentary golf buggy. Everyone will find something delicious to suit, from traditional Italian cuisine to seafood, light bites and snacks all guests are catered for. You simply must try Romano's Italian Restaurant, Mariners Seafood or perhaps Broomies Restaurant at the luxurious new Yacht Club. Using the freshest ingredients and prepared by the finest chefs, these restaurants are a great experience to be enjoyed.
Vacation Rental Property
As well as your own private pool there is a large lap pool which is shared exclusively by only 8 Peninsular villas.
All fully air conditioned bedrooms and living areas offer breathtaking ocean views. Sleeping up to 9 guest plus infant makes Peninsula 4 perfect for family holidays, romantic holidays for two, or for groups looking to take in some sunshine in beautiful surroundings!
The first bedroom has a king bed, large ensuite with double sink, spa bath, shower and LCD TV/ DVD, the second bedroom offers your choice of a Queen or 2 Singles and the third bedroom offers a Queen bed. In addition there is a double sofa bed in a second lounge area as well as a fold out bed. A second bathroom has a bath and shower. Quality professionally laundered linen and bath towels are supplied to you.
There are full laundry facilities including washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Spacious open plan living areas include a good sized lounge room equipped with home entertainment equipment, large screen plasma television and DVD. Large bi-fold doors seamlessly combine indoor and outdoor living spaces. A large modern kitchen with quality stainless steel appliances including dishwasher features large bi-fold windows to the dining deck offering majestic ocean views.
Downstairs you will find a second spacious lounge room with its own large screen plasma television and DVD fantastic for the kids. This lounge room opens out to your own private and securely fenced swimming pool.
