There is a meeting/lobby space for all hotel guests with tables and chairs nearby the reception. You find there vending machines for coffe and drinks. If you looking for a budget room - you find it here with shared bath just across your room for BEST PRICE in town. The breakfast is not served in the hotel but across the street in 2 partner restaurants available for all hotel guests and payable right there. Choose your perfect start into the day from 7 am. Famous companies of Graz like AVL, Infineon and others are just in walking distance. Public transfer brings you to every place in Graz in less than 20 Minutes. Use the train for city escapes in the sourroundings of GRAZ! The Annenhof cinema, various fast-food places and entertainment places as well as the 24hour open grocery store at the train station is within walking distance. For those arriving with cars, parking is not a problem and available without reservations jus outside the hotel (approx 1,20 / hour) . Alternatively you find a garage just next building as well. Prices do vary according to your lenght of stay and choice. Feel free to contact us for more information.
The recepiton is reachable around the clock via phone but physically present only unitl 5pm. After 5 pm arrivals you need a code to enter the hotel which you obtain by phone or Reservation confrimation email . Same day arrivals check your mail or call. There is a checking in - machine which helps you to easily get your room keys upon arrival for times when the reception is closed. Kids are free upto 2 years in the room of parents. Early checkouts are easily prepared for you.
Directions
From the airport: Take the S-Bahn to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) and walk 5 min to the ANNENSTRASSE 60. The Hotel entry is on other side of building in Metahofgasse 21. For late arrival see bottom of text. A cab ride is approx 25 Euro. By Train: Exit Graz Hauptbahnhof and walk 5 minutes down the Annenstrasse until you reach number 60. By car: Follow the signs to 'GRAZ HAUPTBAHNOF' once you there turn into Kepplerstrasse towards downtown. Take first right into Babenbergerstrasse until the end and turn left into Metahofstrasse 21 . You are right there. Just before you turn there ist car garage as well. LATE ARRIVAL or NOBODY at reception. THE MAIN DOOR IS LOCKED and can be opened with CODE which you get per email 3 days bevore arriving. The reception door in the first floor can be opened also with a code which you find in the email from b&b. You find your keys there. You can reach us via phone 24 hours a day.
