The Under The Sea apartment is a tantalizing and conserved two-bedroom apartment for up to six guests. Cutting edge, multicoloured and abounding in artful conception. With public transport nearby, the centre can be reached within minutes by bicycle and the most influential tourist areas including the Leidse Square is within walking distance.
Built around 1900, this apartment maintains it's original features and is located on the third floor of this magnificent building with double glazing. Divided over two floors covering 100 square meters means that it's not suitable for the elderly because inside stairs lead to the fourth floor and to the bedrooms.
Format of the apartment on the third and fourth floor is as follows: on the third floor a huge and spacious living room with a stylish sofa awaits you around a coffee table. The sofa turns into a double sofa bed where two guests can sleep on. Big windows and a hanging lamp from the ceiling provides loads of light. Watch movies on a digital flat screen television (26) with cable, including many international channels.
The mahogany dining table with seating for 6 connects with the fully equipped open style kitchen. A beautiful chandelier hangs from the ceiling providing a well lit ambience. With all the latest appliances, this kitchen is geared for family cooking! Some gizmos include a gas stove and utensils!
Situated above the staircases is the second floor and the two bedrooms. Both have double beds. Clean sheets, soft pillows, bed linens, bedside tables and lamps is in the bedrooms. A wardrobe is available to store your clothes and keep them crisp. The bathroom has a double wash sink, toilet and a spacious shower/ tub. Warm towels will be provided.
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
***Please note that the library is not accessible to guests. The books are only for decoration in the picture and there is no parking available for guests, only public parking.***
