Stayed two months at SIMBA, located in western Harare. The rooms are very clean and the staff very friendly. Can recommend the place for anybody wanting to experience HARARE or as a base for visiting the great Northern gameparks or KARIBA. ... more

Stayed two weeks at Simba in July 2012. Located Westgate, Harare excellent for a vacation visitng the Maana Pool and Bumi, Kariba - also coming back from Lusaka it is the first guesthouse. The place is just great and friendly - international standard. The pool is fantastic. Go there! ... more
Listing Details
The plan for the house is based on Scandinavian principles of space, big windows, five semi -autonomous wings of the house, with spacious meeting rooms in the middle. On the picture above is seen the three wings from the garden, each left and right with its own entrance, sleeping room, separate toilet and bath. The left side contains a family setup, with two rooms.
Most guests are professionals. The location was chosen due to one overriding consideration: The place is safe and you will be safe.
The property is excellently positioned to visit the pleasant north-western suburbs of Harare as well as surrounding gameparks

Directions to property:
If you have your own transport or wish to take a taxi, go to Westgate Shopping Mall. From there pass the Police Dog Training Camp, enter Westgate, turn left at the first road and arrive at the house painted yellow and red, with a lion on the front.

For other transport, go to Westgate Shopping Mail. Pass the Police Dog Training Camp, turn left and turn left at first road.
