Riad Toubkal Imlil is owned by Jamal Imerhane, he is a fluent English speaker and the first official guide in Morocco who climbed Kilimanjaro. He looks forward to welcome you to his friendly guesthouse
in the Atlas Mountains. A warm welcome awaits you at Riad Toubkal Imlil. It is a small comfortable guest house with wonderful views; an ideal base for walkers wishing to spend a night before and /or after their trek in a nice, clean guest house outside the village of Imlil.
The Riad is complemented with hand made furniture of the area and offers you a very comfortable stay. Our rooms are spacious and tidy. We have double / twin rooms and also a family room. Each room provides an attached bathroom with warm shower. On our rooftop terras you can enjoy a drink with an amazing view of the Imlil Valley and the highest mountains. Our well informed and experienced staff can provide any information to help you navigate in Imlil. Jamal is also able to arrange any trek, trip or excursion for you.

Imerhane, Born and raised in Imlil, a Berber village in the heart of the Atlas Mountains of Morocco and some 65 kilometres south of Marrakesh. His mother tongue Berber. Also fluent in Arabic, English and French.
Originally a muleteer but gradually expanded into leading groups and individuals on treks in the Atlas Mountains. Founded the first travel company actually based in the Atlas Mountains and for 6 years now has taken on the full responsibility of organising tours and treks. As well as dealing directly with clients, works with major international travel companies. Diploma from the Moroccan Centre for Professional Guides (Centre CFAMM) and Mountain Rescue Certificate following full training with the Moroccan Royale Federation of Ski and Mountaineering. In his book, Moroccan Atlas - The Trekking Guide, Moroccan expert Alan Palmer says " Jamal Imerhane is an extremely positive and helpful official guide".
