Welcome to Busan and SUM Guest House!!!
The SUM is located in the center of Busan, Nampo-dong. At Nampo you've got it all: culture, entertainment, eats, shopping, bars, garaoke, etc. There are Jagalchi fish market, Kukje market, Taejongdae and Pusan(Busan) Tower etc.
'SUM' means 'Breath' & 'Rest' in Korean, and 'Total' in English. So we try to do our best to make you feel comfortable like you stay at your home.
We have 5 room types at SUM Nampo. You can find a new friend in a dorm. If you seek privacy, private rooms are also available. And all rooms have private bath room.

*From Busan Station*
- Subway (Metro) : Just 2 stops. 10 minutes from Busan Station by Subway.
1. Take Line #1 (towards Sinpyeong) and get off at Nampo-dong station and go out to exit #1.
2. Turn right at first alley, go straight. Then you can find an escalator(moving staircase) to Yongdusan park.
3. Take the escalator just one step, and turn right. There is the SUM.
- Bus : 10 minutes from Busan Station by bus.
1. Take a bus #520, 508, 103 or #1003(express)
2. Get off at 'Busan Depart', and go straight. You can find Metro exit #7 and Samsung Digital Camera store.
3. Go straight between Metro and Samsung store to an escalator(moving staircase) to Yongdusan park.
4. Take the escalator just one step, and turn right. There is the SUM.
*From Kimhae Airport*
- Subway (Metro) : 50 minutes from Kim-hae airport by Subway.
1. Take Purple Line to Sa-sang station, and transfer to Line #2(Green Line).
2. Go to Seomyun staion, and transfer to Line #1(Orange Line).
3. Go to Nampo-dong station and go out to exit #1.
4. Turn right at first alley, go straight. Then you can find an escalator(moving staircase) to Yongdusan park.
5. Take the escalator just one step, and turn right. There is the SUM.
- Bus : Too difficult and expensive. ;)
1. Take a limousine bus and get off Nampo-dong (Hotel Phenix)
2. Take 5 minutes walk on your foot to Nampo-dong subway station exit #1.
3. Go out to exit #1. Turn right at first alley, go straight. Then you can find an escalator(moving staircase) to Yongdusan park.
4. Take the escalator just one step, and turn right. There is the SUM.
