#bunk is the home away from home for any urban traveler. We are passionate about design and work hard to create an atmosphere that balances style, comfort, culture, art and fun.
The #bunk team spans four nationalities and is fluent in Spanish, Italian, English, German, French and Turkish.
The #bunk building was completely renovated at the end of 2011 and hosts a combination of 4 person female and mixed dorms and double occupancy rooms with en suite bathrooms.

Directions from Taksim Square (coach stop from both airports)
Upon getting off at the coach stop at Taksim square walk down the large pedestrianised road Istiklal Caddesi (Istiklal Avenue - Istanbul's most popular shopping street) You will be able to identify it with the tram in the middle of the road. Walk down Istiklal Caddesi until you reach 'Balik Pazari' on the right of the road (there is a large metal sign). Walk down Balik Pazari past all the fish restaurants until you reach a small through road with one way traffic. Cross this road and continue down to Balik Sokak (another pedestrianised street with a barber and a couple of small bars). You will then see a large white hash tag sign on the left side of the street where #bunk is located.
BY TAXI
Request to be dropped off at Balik Pazari, Galatasaray (the fish market in Galatasaray). Then follow the directions above.
ATATi RK AIRPORT
The airport is circa 25 km away from #bunk. There are coaches (HAVATAS) that operate regularly between the airport and Taksim Square (7 minute walk from the hostel). Prices start at 6 euro per person one way and should take around 30 minutes depending on traffic.
SABIHA Gi Ki EN AIRPORT
The airport is circa 50 km away from #bunk. There are coaches (HAVATAS) that operate regularly between the airport and Taksim Square (7 minute walk from the hostel). Prices start at 7 euro per person one way and will take between 1 -2 hours depending on traffic.
