How to get to Gjirokaster:
Gjiorkaster is located in south-eastern Albania. It is about 30
minutes from the Greek border. A taxi from Kakavia (on the border of Greece in Albania) to Gjirokaster will cost about € 10.
From Tirana (the capitol of Albania), there are buses and minivans
that go directly to Gjirokaster and will cost about € 15.
From Saranda to Gjirokaster will cost about € 5.
