You can come with ferry from Zadar-Preko (island Ugljan) and then take a bus to Barotul(Pasman). Bus ride lasts about 20 minutes and ferry ride from Zadar to Preko lasts about 25 minutes.
There is also ferry from Biograd-Tkon(island Pasman) and ride lasts abou 15 minutes. There is also bus for Barotul and the ride lasts less then 10 minutes.
