President Choice Apartment includes a kitchen with a stove, an oven and a large refrigerator. It is completely equipped which also includes a dishwasher as well as all utensils. A dining table is provided to gather around with family and friends to eat on.
Providing plenty of space is the living room which is equipped with a flat-screen cable TV and two single sofa beds to sleep comfortably on.
The bathroom has a bath/shower combination with a heated towel rail. Towels will be provided.
Both bedrooms have a double bed, bedside tables and windows providing a view of the sky. Plenty of closet and wardrobe space is provided along with linen, blankets and sheets.
This stunning apartment looks out over the canal in the center of Amsterdam, only 290 meters from the Leidseplein entertainment area and includes 2 balconies, a spacious layout as well as it's original features. One of the balconies has an incredible view of the canal. Smoking is allowed on the balcony and not inside the apartment.

Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance
We accept payment by cash and credit card.
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 25 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 8am -12am is 25 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
-Baby cot for requests 50 Euro
-WiFi can be provided with USB stick at 10 euros per day
-Cleaning fee 40 Euros
-Damage Deposit 150
-Smoking is allowed on the balcony and not inside the apartment.
