The apartment is located just by a very important tram intersection node (Plac Zawiszy) with a very high frequency (a tram every minute or less) 2 stops (4 min) to the Central Railway Station 2 stops (4 min) to Złote Tarasy,Warsaw best commercial center 3 stops (6 min) to the effervescent Warsaw Club Are.

Directions
From the airport , you can take a taxi (10 min) and it will cost you less than 9 euro
From the train station are just 2 tram stops. the apartment is just by PL Plac Zawiszy a very important tram intersection node
General Rules:
Feel at your ease, it is a very nice apartment please respect it
Guests are kindly asked to show their ID (ID card or passport)
Smoking in the apartment is not allowed
Check-in time: 14.00
Check-out time: 12.00
Keys shall be received on site and at times indicated in the Booking Confirmation Form.
Check-in begins at 14:00 on the arrival date and check-out at 12:00 on the day of departure.
If it is impossible to arrive at the previously agreed time, the guest shall immediately advise the Host.
Upon receiving the Keys to the Apartment, the Guest is kindly requested to show his/her identity card
The Guest shall return the keys to the Apartment on the last day of the Apartment rental term by check-out time.
The Guest is obliged to notify the Host immediately of any events that may expose the Guest or the Apartment’s manager to any risk of damage. The Guest is obliged to pay special attention to correct operation of water and electric devices.
Guest may use the apartment only for residential purposes and can not sub-lease it without the consent of the lessor.
The Guest shall be liable for any damage made to the Apartment’s equipment and the Apartment itself. The Guest shall notify the Host immediately of any damage made by the Guest to the Apartment’s equipment or the Apartment itself. The Guest undertakes to pay for the damage made by the last day of using the Apartment at the latest.
In the case of lost keys the Guest shall pay a fee in the amount of 200 PLN for each set of lost keys
It is forbidden to organize disruptive parties in the apartments that would be disruptive for neighbours. Guests are required to adhere to the principles of good neighbourhood and especially to respect the quiet hours from 10:00 pm. - 7:00 am.
In the case of intervention of the Police the Host may impose a penalty fine of 500 PLN.
The Host is not responsible for Guest’s belongings left in the apartment.
Responsibility
In the event of unforeseeable circumstances which effects can not be eliminated by common means, the Host reserves the right to offer substitute apartment, which is the same standard or higher, similar to the apartment referred to in the Booking Form.
In case of extreme circumstances beyond the control of any of the parties, natural disasters, strikes, acts of war or other situations that prevent the implementation of services under the contract, the Host is exempt from liability.
