Leave Ho Chi Minh for Cai Be. At the floating market see traders hang their produce on poles to attract customers. Cruise to Dong Hoa Hiep Island and try out some local Mekong specialties for lunch. Cruise to Cai Rang floating market, where hundreds of boats thread through the water between larger anchored boats which create ‘lanes’.
Visit Chau Doc's market which overlooks the confluence of three rivers; and take a boat to the Cham minority area of Chau Giang District.
