Apartment 2 offers about 45 m² on the upper floor. It is a nice 2-room apartment for 2 people with living room, bedroom with two beds (each 1x2 m), shower/toilet, dining area, kitchenette and large balcony (2.5 x 4.5 m) in Southern exposure..
From the apartment, you have a nice view of our newly designed garden and the surrounding buildings. A car parking spot comes with the apartments; up to four bicycles can be stored safely indoors. With permission, it is possible to barbecue in the garden.
Living Room:
You can use the living room for a pleasant evening sitting on the comfortable sofa and watching satellite TV – or if you feel the need to get some work done, it also offers you a work desk with telephone and internet access.
Kitchen/Dining Area:
The kitchenette with dinner table for up to four people, located in the corridor/entrance area, offers all you need to fix and enjoy meals.
Bedroom:
The bedroom offers two beds (1x2m) with bed sheets suitable for allergics. A radio alarm wakes you in time for your excursions, a wardrobe for your clothes is available as well.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a glass shower stall, sink with mirror, and toilet. Adequate towels are basic equipment, too.
Bed sheets, dish towels, hand towels and bathing sheets are included in the pice.
Balkon:
The large balcony offers enough space to enjoy spending quality vacation time outdoors, on one of the four deck chairs around the large table. It also gives you a place where you are allowed to smoke (which is forbidden in the apartment proper), including

Enjoy a pleasant stay in Fischbach at Lake Constance: Only 10 minutes of walking bring you to the lakeside with the beautiful beach and swimming area, beer garden and re-natured beach promenade. Many a Lake Constance community envies our unique public sand beach with its recreation area offering spots for barbecuing.
A bus stop and train station are close by the apartment; they provide easy acess to all the points of interest via public transport. The time it takes to reach the Messe Friedrichhafen fair grounds is only 10 minutes by car.
