2-room-apartment with large balcony (&75 m²) in Regensburg.

Morning sun will awaken you in the bedroom with double bed (2x 100x200 cm).
From the bedroom, you also have access to the large balcony. In front of that, there is a large green area with trees and a small and quiet side street.
Free car parking spot/covered spot to store bikes.
From the kitchen, you have a great view of the Winzerer Höhen and green areas. Behind them, there is a beautiful river bank trail along the Danube towards the city, with view of the Steinerne Brücke (Stone Bridge).
The modern bathroom with shower also offers a large mirror, a rack for warming towels, and towels for drying hands and body.
Location:
Some 6 min. by car to the old town, at Donaupark and Westbad; very quiet and nice situation in the main recreation area of Regensburg – in immediate proximity to the old town.
Bus nr. 6, Wernerwerkstrasse, Universität, every 10/20 min., bus stop Weinweg.
Possible Excursions:
The Donaupark (Danube park) close by has rowing club, tennis courts, sports facilities, thermal and outdoors pool, sauna, large lake and is the recreational area of Regensburg. The nature protection area with a size of 65 hectare has become a popular destination for locals and tourists, joggers, people doing bike tours, etc.
In summer, the beautiful lake with lots of spots to sit and rest and the banks of the Danube with the little beaches that were constructed there are inviting swimming areas.
There, you can enjoy nature to the fullest. Out of the city, the bike path leads to Mariaort, Sinzing, Etterzhausen, Pielenhofen, and others.
The landscape and the view from the railway bridge spanning the Danube at Mariaort are extraordinary.
