High quality furnished one-bedroom apartment (34m²) on the ground floor of the building in the heart of the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage "Old Town of Regensburg with Stadtamhof". This apartment has been rated with 9.9 / 10.0 points within the city of Regensburg - so really good quality!
- Separate kitchen with fitted kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven. Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots, cooking utensils, kettle, coffee machine etc.
- Living room with double bed (180 x 200 cm), chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror, dining table, stereo and LCD TV.
- Bathroom with sink, toilet and shower
- Cozy corner in a quiet courtyard for communal use
Quality design furniture complements the atmosphere of the historically listed building. The carefully coordinated decor with selected accessories created a living experience between past and present. Architectural and historic appearance of the building - at the core Romanesque, Baroque in appearance - are complemented by contemporary design.

Quiet location in a little-frequented alley. The most important sights, restaurants and shops for every taste, and the Danube embankment are just minutes away on foot.
