Parking spaces directly in front of the house. Nonsmoking house. Quiet green area. Centrally located between downtown and the New Fairgrounds.
Pricing
A regular breakfast for one person—coffee or tea (self-prepared), bread, butter, jam, honey—costs € 3.50. A full continental breakfast with cheese, sausage, and eggs—costs € 0.80 more.

The house is situated uphill from downtown Stuttgart on Robert-Leicht-Straße 113, providing wonderful views of the Swabian Alps.

Exit Stuttgart-Vaihingen = Intersection Stuttgart —> toward Vaihingen
- at the Leonberg Triangle, take the second right lane,
the one with the straight-arrow sign, right after the bridge - at Ulm, keep to the far right
- at Böblingen, keep going straight
- Ampel —> straight
- after about 400 m: the Esso gas station
- take left lane, half-turn, at the gas station
- about 1.5 km straight to the stop sign
- straight passed it, until about 200 m

- S2 direction Schorndorf or S3 direction Backnang
- both S-Bahn lines to Universität station
