Balaton Beach House will blow you away in the greatness of its building, it\'s more like a mansion than a hostel, but will humble you again with the chilled out, welcoming friendly native English speaking staff who just want you to relax and have a good time with them. It was set up as a holiday home get away for travellers who have been on the road for too long and just want to chill by the beach, meet awesome like minded people, play some games, read a book or get smashed at night!
With staff who are used to partying every night of the week, it doesn\'t matter what the town itself has to offer in the way of nightlife. We organise something different, games nights, dress up nights, jam sessions, drinking games, or whatever you choose too! The Beach House has access to a bar, restaurant, games rooms, and there is even a sauna and hot tub too!
A typical day with us involves waking up when the sun tells you to, or you\'re ready for the day, eating a leisurely breakfast and catching up on last night\'s stories, then heading down to the beach with floaties, rafts, lilos and any other inflatable fun stuff! Watch us play flunky ball, get involved and play by the beach all day, swimming, soaking rays and maybe involving yourself with some cheeky daytime drinking.
A night with us is like a nightly house party, drinking games, talking shit, and maybe going down for a midnight skinny dipping session. The basement is sound proofed, so if you want to continue into the late hours, feel free!

From Budapest:
There are direct trains leaving from Budapest deli palyaudvar at 11 minutes past the hour every 2 hours starting from 07.11 and the last one leaving 19.11.
From Balatonboglar:
Facing the Spar market across from the station, take a left and follow the train tracks in the direction you just came from. After 500 meters, you will find to your right a car park and small square with a giant painted egg. Continue past the square and take a right up the next street, headed up the hill towards a church and bell tower. We are just across the street from the church, walk right through the front gate and ring the bell for reception!
