Apartment Design Maksimir, Zagreb, modernly designed and fully furnished Studio Apartment in the green city area, away from the famous Maksimir Park just few minutes walk. Located in a quiet part of Zagreb this apartment is the ideal choice for your stay.
The apartment consists of a large living room connected with kitchen, separate bathroom and balcony. Smoking is allowed ONLY on balcony.

A modern and functional equipment provides a relaxing stay : fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave and conventional oven), modern designed bathroom with washing machine, a big living room with sofa (converts to bed for 2 adults), sofa (can be converted to bed for extra person or child), desk, free wireless internet, 40 + TV channels, money safe, balcony (space provided for smoking), parking. The apartment is air conditioned. In the entrance area is a large closet for clothes and luggage.

The tram station is just 3 minutes walk, city center can be reached in 10 minutes with frequent tram lines.

Directions

By plane :
If you arrive by plane we can arrange airport pick-up (20eur surcharge). Alternatively, from airport you can take regular bus connection to city centre.

From city centre :
Apartment is located in east central area of Zagreb. From the city centre (Trg Bana J.Jelacica square) you can take tram - lines 11 or 12 - and exit on 'Ravnice' station (8 stops from main square). From there you head straight on Ravnice street for about 150m and turn right into Augustincica street. In total it it no more than 5 minutes walk.

By car, depending the direction you arrive to Zagreb :
A2 from direction North
- continue along A2 until it merges with A3 at exit „Zagreb Zapad“ (zapad = west)
- continue along A3 until exit „Kosnica“
- exit A3 on „Kosnica“ and follow signs to city centre („Centar“) along with directions from your GPS unit
- from exit „Kosnica“ to the apartment, in average conditions it will take you no more than 20 minutes
- alternatively you can exit A2 on Zagreb Zapad and follow the route through the city (it will take you approx. 30 - 45 minutes more)

A3 from direction West
- continue along A3 until exit „Kosnica“
- exit A3 on „Kosnica“ and follow signs to city centre („Centar“) along with directions from your GPS unit
- alternatively you can exit A3 on Zagreb Zapad and follow the route through the city (it will take you approx. 30 - 45 minutes more)

A1 from direction South
- after exiting A1 at toll „Luako“ on exit „Zagreb Jug“ (jug = south) head east on A3 (follow signs for Slavonski Brod, Budapest)
- continue along A3 until exit „Kosnica“
- exit A3 on „Kosnica“ and follow signs to city centre („Centar“) along with directions from your GPS unit
- alternatively, after toll „Luako“ you can head straight – following signs to centre („Centar“) and take the route through the city (it will take you approx. 20 - 30 minutes more)

A3 from direction East
- after exiting toll „Ivanja Reka“ keep right for „Zagreb Centar“
- then continue straight and follow signs to city centre („Centar“) along with directions from your GPS unit
- from exit „Zagreb East“ to the apartment, in average conditions it will take you no more than 15 minutes

A4 from direction North
- continue along A4 until exit „Zagreb Istok“ (istok = east)
- exit A4 on „zagreb Istok“ and follow signs to city centre („Centar“) along with directions from your GPS unit
- from exit „Zagreb East“ to the apartment, in average conditions it will take you no more than 15 minutes
