Our mini-hotel is new - we have been open since 2009. The guest rooms are situated on the 3rd and 4th floors of the building. They are nicely decorated, air-conditioned rooms with a transformer bed that can be arranged as a one single unit double bed or two twin beds depending on the guests' wish, an arm-chair, refrigerator and large windows. Some rooms have a balcony overlooking the sea.
We are situated in a green and quiet area of Bytkha but very close to all the main tourists attractions such as:
- the famous Sochi botanical garden 'Dendrariy' - 10 minutes by bus;
- Sochi city centre, with its well know 'Riviera Park', central embankment, Sochi sea port - 15 minutes by bus;
- the Sochi Yacht Club is 1 km away

2) take a bus 124 or a shuttle bus 124 going to Sochi and get off at the bus stop 'Sanatoriy Metalurg' (or 'Bytkha').
From the Railway/Bus station (they are right next to each other):
1) we offer our transfer services (400 rub);
2) cross the road which is in front of the railway station and take bus/shuttle bus 19, 22, 83, 95, get off the bus at the bus stop 'Militsiya'
