Take I-495 West/Long Island Expressway to Exit 15/Van Dam Street.
Merge onto Queens Midtown Expressway.
Turn right on Van Dam Street,
left at Queens Boulevard/Route 25,
right at Queens Plaza East/Route 25A,
left at 41st Avenue,
