We're conveniently located close to all area attractions, just 15 minutes' walking distance to the Falls and the downtown Niagara tourist section. Casino Niagara, the Minolta Tower, Maid of the Mist, Hard Rock Cafe, numerous museums, a fine selection of restaurants and terrific shopping venues are only minutes away. And for those wishing to leave the cars at home, we're only a 10 minute walk from the Amtrak.
Our rooms have been newly decorated and are complete with in-room fireplace, wireless internet and cable television. All units have either an ensuite or private bath.
We are fully licensed by the city of Niagara Falls. Breakfast is served daily with a complete array of delicious foods ranging from farm fresh fruits, homemade breads, muffins, eggs, waffles, pancakes, and cereals. So come on over and we'll share a fresh cup of coffee and get you started on a terrific vacation.
Just a short drive will take you to Niagara on the Lake where you can find many unusual shops and antiques set in a preserved 19th century setting. There are numerous opportunities to explore the arts with several area playhouses and we're only a short drive to Toronto. So come join us.

Directions
From Eastern States:
Take 90 to 290 to 190 (follow signs to Buffalo and Niagara Falls US). After crossing second bridge on Grand Island take Robert Moses Parkway (sharp right hand ramp exit just before bottom of bridge) which goes along the river. Take the American Falls exit which brings you to Niagara Street and you can only turn right. Go up to the second set of lights and make a left turn which will bring you to Rainbow Bridge. After customs make an immediate right. Go to end and make a left turn onto River Road go ±11/2 miles to Simcoe Street. We're located on the right at #4327 Simcoe Street.
From Buffalo Airport:
Take 33 to 90 then follow directions above.
From Western States:
Take 90 to 190 then follow directions above.
From Downtown Toronto:
Take Gardiner Expressway West to QEW towards Niagara Falls. After crossing the St. Catharines Garden City Skyway Bridge take 405 E (left lane of Highway) to Stanley Avenue/Regional Road 102 exit towards Niagara Falls/Niagara-on-the-Lake. Turn right onto Stanley Avenue/Regional Road 102, go 1.3km then slight left turn onto Whirlpool Road; go 1.4km then turn right onto River Road. Go 3.2km then turn right onto Simcoe Street. We're located on the right at #4327 Simcoe Street.
