From our hostal you may walk to various sites such as the beach, beach, tortoise breeding center, wetlands and flamingos, and the wall of tears. If you don't want to walk, you can travel to these places by taxis that charge $1.00.
At Puerto Viallmil, you can also go snorkeling at Concha de Perla to swim with sea lions, sea turtles, fish, rays, and more. We organize tours to the volcanoes and other special snorkeling sites.

Directions
To get here you must take a flight from Guayaquil to Baltra-Galapagos. At Baltra the airport offers a free shuttle service to the channel. From the channel you take a 30 minute bus or car ride to Puerto Ayora. From here you must take a two hour boat ride to arrive at Puerto Villamil-Isabela.
The boat leaves daily at 2pm. At your arrival to Isabela, Lauro Samaniego, the hostel owner, will personally pick you up to transport you to the Posada del Caminante.
