The ‘Haus Panorama' Hotel in Passau has been renovated in the summer of 2012 and was individually and homely furnished with much love. Due to the familiar atmosphere, we want you to feel comfortable and find a home away from home while on the road.
In addition, our budget hotel promises you a unique value for money and puts extra effort into cleanliness, a modern, friendly design and an unforgettable view as well as central location.
Besides your rooms, the ‘Haus Panorama' offers you a cozy sit-in kitchen, where you can prepare cold meals and warm drinks at any time. In addition it is the perfect place to meet other guests!
In this area, you will find a kitchenette with fridge, sink, water boiler and various dishes and cutlery. For a good start to the day, we are offering tea and coffee!
We do not offer a breakfast, but upon request you can prepare your breakfast yourself in our little kitchen. Otherwise there are bakeries and Cafes with good breakfast offers nearby and within walking distance.
In our common area, we will supply you with books, board games, magazines and a fire place for cozy and relaxing hours.
If you want to relax after an exhausting day and seek peace, our reading room with books and magazines offers the possibility for that.
In our reading room as well as in the kitchen you will find carefully selected information about Passau, which will give you ideas for your stay here. The ‘Haus Panorama' offers two bathrooms on the floors with separate toilets which you will share with a maximum of two other rooms. Cleanliness and hygiene are our highest priority.
Some rooms are additionally equipped with a washbasin. The highlight of the bathrooms is the one on the upper floor where you will have an unforgettable view of the old town and the monastery Maria Hilf while taking your shower. We also offer storage facilities for your bikes as well as parking spaces for long-term guests upon request.

From the train station to Haus Panorama:
By bus:
Please take the City-Bus until the station ‘Roemerplatz'. From Mon to Sat, it leaves every 15 minutes.
By foot or by bike:
Leave the main train station of Passau and walk to the right. After 100 meters please turn left into Badhausgasse. At the end of this street, please turn right and follow the street for another 1.5 km until you have reached Roemerplatz (hanging bridge).
When you cross the bridge, you will directly arrive at Haus Panorama.
Walking this way takes about 20 minutes.
