The property is situated on spacious well maintained tropical gardens. Imagine staying in your very own specially Hand Crafted Cottage set alongside Negrils most famous Seven Mile Beach, your world becomes a natural Caribbean jungle on the beach, with room service.
Each Cottage is carefully designed with a colourful blend of natural authentic style and sophistication. Each cottage is a secluded, private world shrouded among foliage or perched up high on a breezy veranda.
Activity is a personal choice, reggae music embraces your soul, the sun breathes life into your spirit and the sea becomes your partner. This is the perfect location for Family retreats, friends, Cooperate retreats or a romantic weekend!

Our 20 Guest Cottages were designed by an award winning Jamaican architect, Ms Ann Hodges. The sensuous, colourful interiors dance in the natural light while beautiful tropical art playfully surrounds you.
Our cosy cottages are all equipped with a King sized bed or two twin beds, private verandas, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, coffee/tea service, refrigerator, day bed, safety box, private bath/shower (no tubs), hairdryer and CD clock radios. Room service is available, extra beds and irons / boards for your added convenience.

Take the left turn at the 'Welcome to Montego Bay' sign, Onto Queen Drive, Continue onto Howard Cooke Hwy,Turn left onto Alice Eldemire Dr,Turn right onto Bogue Rd then unto Hopewell Main Road, pass Tyrall Golf Club. Continue unto Sandy Bay Main Road pass Barbican Estate. Pass Tom Pipers Bay unto Lucea Main Road then unto Watson Taylor Drive. Continue travelling on Bull Bay Main Road, unto Cousin Cove, the Green Island Main Road, along Orange Bay Main road unto Norman Manley Blvd.
