Alternatively we can organize a guided tour of the Valpolicella vineyards with wine-tasting, including visits to some of the less well-known 'cantine' where you will be able to taste a variety of wines Valpolicella Classico, Valpolicella Superiore, Ripasso (if available), Amarone and Recioto. You will learn about the wine-making process and see the different stages of production, depending on the time of year. You will also see the beautiful hills of Negrar and the adjacent valleys with their vineyards and olive groves. The tour can be arranged for small groups of 2-4 people, and you will not need your own transport, so there will be no problem with drinking and driving after the wine-tasting.
