Come ride with our local guide and experience a scénic ride through tranquile roads in Sintra Natural Park. Our most popular route is 30km long and takes us from the mountain to Sintra Village, and then to the sea!
Enjoy this beautiful and scénic route, visit palaces and castles of Sintra and ride to the western point in Europe - "Roca" Cape.
We have two options for this short tour:

About Cycling Sintra Cascais Natural Park:
Sintra Natural Park is a paradise for cycling - our favorite playground, just outside the capital of Portugal, Lisbon.
Sintra's mountain range or locally the Serra de Sintra covers about 16 km from the UNESCO World Heritage town of Sintra to Cabo da Roca on the Atlantic Ocean. Its highest point is at 530 meters. Sintra was known to the Ancient World as Lunae Mons (mountains of the Moon) and was the legendary retreat of Diana the Huntress (Cynthia to the Romans, hence Çintra).
Portugal Nature Trails runs guided cycle day tours in Sintra Natural Park every day. These rides can be adapted to all kinds of tecfitness levels so everyone has fun.
The riding distances can vary from only 20 km up to 50km and riding times last from one hour up to 4 hours.
