The hotel was opened in 2003 in an Art Nouveau style building completed in the year 1912 as a bank office. .
The newly renovated building has maintained many of the elements of historical architecture, such as doors, elevators and bank safes.
Hotel Barons is an elegant small hotel where clients are always warmly welcomed and where their wishes are given personal attention.
The Hotel is well located for Old Town and city centre sightseeing, shopping and entertainment.
The hotel has 33 rooms:

* 22 double/twin rooms
* 3 double de Luxe
* 2 Junior Suites
* 2 Suites
All rooms and public areas are newly renovated and furnished in a classical style with elegance and taste. The hotel has separate rooms for allergic people and people with special needs. All rooms are equipped with direct-dial telephone, internet connection, Satellite TV, mini-bar, hairdryer and bathrobe.
Deluxe rooms have a bath or a jacuzzy and Superior rooms (suites) have a sauna.
Hotel has a private parking 200 meters from hotel, but in the old town. Parking is secured and costs 20 EUR/ per night.

Distance form National Railway station: 2 km
Easyest way to come by walking trough the old town, or take a taxi ( max. cost 100 EEK) Also possible to come by tram no. 1 or 2, heading towards citycenter.
