The property consists of six 4 bedroom townhouses and six 2 bedroom apartments, a gazebo, a swimming pool with whirlpool, and adequate parking. A short 200-yard walk provides access to an exquisite white sand beach where you can submerge yourself in the waves of the warm Caribbean Sea.

Heading from Sangster International Airport, Montego Bay. Take the left turn at the 'Welcome to Montego Bay' sign, continue straight pass the UWI Western Jamaica Campus. Continue straight pass the Ironshore Fire Station, Blue Diamond Shopping Centre, Montego Bay Convention Centre. Continue pass Salt Marsh, along the Falmouth Main Road, along Corral Spring Road and continue pass Duncan's. Continue along Rio Bueno Main Road pass Puerto Seco Beach Park then along Runaway Bay Main Road. Continue pass Salem then Priory then St. Ann Bay. Onto Cedar Drive across Mahogany Pkwy
