The Surf House San Pancho is our little treasure which we would like to share with you. We welcome you into our home to discover, learn and enjoy surfing and the surfing way of living. The villa is located just 10 minutes away from the beach and two surf spots. It is tucked away and allows a great view on San Pancho village and beach. We are in the middle of a lush green jungle with fragrant and exotic fruit trees and flowers.

The Surf House San Pancho has three floors and a rooftop terrace which provides a spectacular 360 degrees view. The house offers three double bedrooms and all rooms are shared with a shared bathroom. The rooms have comfy beds and linen ideal to the warm conditions of Mexico and are equipped with ceiling and stand-up fans. Free WIFI internet is provided in the bedrooms. Also the rooms have a little balcony with a stunning view on the sea and the jungle.

There are more than nine different surf breaks within no more than half an hour drive and the variety of surf spots is very high. There are waves suitable for every level from beginner to pro. Surf in un-crowded warm water with friendly locals and on paradise like beaches.
By taxi from the airport:
taxi cost till San Francisco(san pancho) ranges between 500-800 mx pesos(50-80-usd)
By car:
north on hwy MEX 200. San Pancho is about 30 miles (50kms) north of the Puerto Vallarta airport. Upon exiting the airport take a right onto MEX 200 and an immediate left in order to be traveling north. Follow the signs to Compestela and Tepic. After approximately fifteen minutes you will pass through the town of Bucerias. After passing through Bucerias, Mex 200 continues on as a four-lane highway for a few more miles until the turnoff to Punta Mita. Make sure to bear to the left .the highway changes to a two-lane road, and heads up and over a small mountain in a winding and twisting manner with tons of curves. You will pass signs for several small villages. After passing through the village of San Ignacio, approximately 40 kms from the airport, a small sign marks the turnoff to Sayulita. Continue eight more kilometers to the San Francisco turnoff.
By bus from the airport:
cross the bridge and wait at the bottom of the stairs for the Compostela bus that has Sayulita or San Francisco(san Pancho)written across the front windshield. The fare should be around 18 pesos.
Do not forget that Jalisco and the airport are an hour ahead. San Francisco(san Pancho) is on Mountain Time, and Puerto Vallarta, is on Central Time. If you are going in to Vallarta, the bus will let you off in front of the Sheraton Hotel and then you take a city bus into downtown or old town. You have to do the opposite to come back; wait for the Sayulita/San Francisco (San Pancho) Compostela bus across the street from the Sheraton. The last bus back to Sayulita/San Francisco (San Pancho) is at 8:00. If you miss it you may have to take a cab back. The Pacifico bus lines do not come into San Francisco(San Pancho) but you can catch them or get dropped off at the San Francisco(San Pancho) exit on the 200 highway. Then walk into town.
Once in San Francisco please try and contact us by phone so we can come and pick you up.The house is tucked away hidden, easy to miss if you are a first time visitor.
At the entrance of San Pancho, once passed the bridge you can purchase a calling card from the first mini-market on your right and use the pay phone on your left to call us.
