The Chez Maggie is a small, intimate property located directly on the beach in the heart of Madagascar's Menabe (Western)Region.

# 1 Located at the front of the property, nearest the beach along side the breakfast terrace. Four rooms: entrance sitting room with two couches (which convert into extra beds for smaller children); main bedroom with double bed, writing table, chest of drawers; small sitting room with mirror; and bathroom with shower and bathtub. Approx 42 sq m / 452 sq ft

# 2 spacious 'split level' chalet facing the beach, located near front of the property. Downstairs: large sitting area with two large couches (which convert to extra beds); coffee table; writing table; and wardrobe. Upstairs: balcony bedroom with one canopied double bed. Bathroom with shower is on the ground floor. Approx 34 sq m / 365 sq ft

# 3 Large 'split level' chalet at the front of the property (just behind Chalet #2) and with unique furnishings and the same layout as #2. Approx 34 sq m / 365 sq ft

# 4 A spacious twin (or triple) with two separate rooms and a large bathroom with wardrobe. Located in the middle of the property overlooking the gardens, with: entry veranda; large bedroom with one double bed, sitting area with lounge chairs and a smaller room with large single (double) bed with; writing table, small lounge chairs with coffee table and separate entrance. Approx 36 sq m / 387 sq ft

# 5 Large double (or triple) room overlooking the gardens next to # 4 and connected by an exterior corridor. One room with one double bed and the second (separate room) with one smaller single bed. Large bathroom with shower. Same layout as #4. Approx 36 sq m / 387 sq ft

# 7 Located at the back of the property overlooking the swimming pool. Very spacious bungalow with: two double beds; large sitting area with two couches (which convert into extra beds for smaller children); writing table; twin ceiling fans and air conditioning; and extra large bathroom wardrobe and shower.

# 10 Upstairs apartment with two separate rooms and entrances. One room with one double bed and one with two single beds; plus bathroom. Located toward the front of the property above the kitchen. Small front entry veranda and rear balcony with view of the Mozambique Channel. Approx 35 sq m / 376 sq ft

# 11, 12 & 14 Traditional Vezo / Sakalava style with vondro (reed) walls and mokoty (thatch) roofing. Bungalow 12 has one double bed and 11 & 14 are available as 'twins' with 2 single beds or 'doubles' with one large bed. All have custom bamboo furnishings and full tile bathrooms with hot water. Located on the north side of the property these 'island style' bungalows are comfortable and picturesque. All have floor and ceiling fans, no air conditioning. Approx 26 sq m / 280 sq ft
