Restaurants: Some of the best restaurants in all of South Florida are a short walk or drive away. There are dozens of really good ones, including waterfront dining, in all price ranges.

Shopping: Walk to local beach shops or drive to many high-end shopping malls including the new Pompano CitiCentre mall, trendy Las Olas Boulevard, Sawgrass Mills outlet mall, the Swap Shop and Festival Flea Market Mall.

Cultural: Walk or drive to local establishments with live music, nightclubs, dancing, comedy clubs and all sorts of local and regional festivals. Yacht & Beach Club condo is casual, tropical, carefully maintained and well suited for upscale business and vacation travelers (all apartments are two-bedroom/two bath). It offers a relaxing get-away that's close to everything. You'll find a beautiful, heated swimming pool right on the Intracoastal Waterway where you can spend the day or evening watching the passing yachts. Enjoy the view of our marina from your living room and balcony.

The condo is in a perfect location within a short, scenic walk to our award-winning Blue Wave beach, boat rentals, diving/snorkeling boats, party and charter fishing boats, gym, day spa, gourmet fish store, supermarket, and dozens of shops and restaurants.

The new Pompano CitiCenter shopping mall, movie theaters, tennis and aquatics complex, dog park, air park, 36-hole golf course and driving range are a five-minute drive. The smoke-free ISLE Casino, next door to Pompano Harness Track, is a 15-minute drive. I-95 is a 10-minute drive for easy access to all South Florida business centers, shopping and attractions.

The condo is immaculately clean and well-designed with new furnishings, granite countertops, two master bedrooms (each with full bath), and sleeps up to four people. One master has a king bed. The other has twin beds. A sleeper sofa is in the living room. You'll find a complete kitchen with everything you need. Two laundry rooms are in the building. One parking space is assigned for your exclusive use.

Rates for holidays and special events may be higher.

For longer stays, every fourth consecutive week is free or discounted.

- Exit Cleaning Fee: $125
- Taxes: 12% to Broward County and the State of Florida
- Condo application Fee: $100

Payment Terms:

A 50% deposit of the rent, exit cleaning fee and taxes is due upon signing the lease. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. $500 toward a security deposit is due prior to arrival, and can be put on a guest's credit card as a temporary hold on the money instead of a charge to the card.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation, the Guest is responsible for paying the full amount of rent for the contracted lease. The Landlord will refund monies realized from re-renting the unit during all or part of the same rental period, after deduction of the $300 administration fee and 20% of each new rental fee collected to cover commissions. Travel insurance is recommended prior to signing this lease for anyone who is unsure whether they may need to cancel.

For the comfort of future guests, no smoking is allowed inside the apartments or in the pool area.

Please note that this is a 100-percent SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY. Smoking is no longer permitted anywhere inside the apartment or anywhere on the condo grounds or common areas. There is NO designated smoking area. No pets are allowed.
(All of our other properties are pet-friendly).
