From the railway station (15 minutes by feet):
From the railway station exit, cross the road and turn left. Follow the road and take the first right (Via Bonomi) and then turn left on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II.
Follow the road for 600 m.
At the crossroad, turn right and follow the porches in Corso Liberta' (200 m).
At the roundabout, go straight (Via Giacomo Matteotti).
Follow the road straight and you will arrive in Via XX Settembre.
From the highway exit Mantova Nord (A22 Modena-Brennero):
at the first roundabout take the first exit on the right.
Take the first on the left and follow the road for 3 km straight (you will pass a village called Mottella and 3 roundabouts: go always straight).
Follow the road for 3 km: you will pass on a bridge on the lake.
At the end of the bridge, at the roundabout, take the first exit to the right and follow the road for other 2 km (Viale Mincio).
At the roundabout, take the second exit (Via Mulini). Follow the road for 400 mt. Take the 3rd on the left (Via Fernelli). Take the 1st on the right (via Solferino e San Martino). Follow the road until the end, then turn left (via Bonomi).
Take the next road on the left (Corso Vittorio Emanuele II).
At the end, turn right and follow the road (Corso Liberta').
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit (Via Principe Amedeo).
Take the 3rd on the left (Via Giulio Romano).
Turn at the 3rd on the left (Via Guerrieri Gonzaga). Follow the road until you have to turn left (Via Frattini).
Go straight until the crossroad, you are in Via XX Settembre. Turn left on number 31.
