For stays longer than five nights maintenance cleanings will be carried out with the change of towels and sheets. It is possible to arrange an additional cleaning service in the apartments during the customers' stay for an additional fee.
When leaving the guests are obliged to let the apartment in reasonable conditions.
By Car:
Located in the Northwest of Portugal, Oporto is easily accessible by car from anywhere in the country and mostly through highways. With a privileged geographical location, complemented by modern communications network, which allows those who come from Galicia, the Algarve, Lisbon, Coimbra, or any other part of the country to come to the city very easily and then move to any of these destinations. By car you can reach Galicia in about 2 hours and go to the Algarve in about 5 hours.

A4 Amarante (Trás-os-Montes and Bragança)
A28 Viana do Castelo (and Galicia)

By Airplane:
The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is located 11km north of the city of Porto and is the second largest Portuguese airport with air traffic and a zone of influence that spreads the northwest of the Iberian Peninsula.The accessibility to the city is easily done by Subway, in about 30 minutes.
By Subway:
With 68 Metro stations spread over 60 km of commercial lines in the Oporto metropolitan area.

By Train:
Oporto has two main stations: Campanhã (with connection to the subway stations where the apartments are located (House of Music, S. Bento and Aliados) and S. Bento station (this is located just minutes from the apartments of Ribeira do Porto).
There is also a train connection between these two main railway stations. Campanhã Station is the busiest railway entrance of Porto and S. Bento Station, the most central. The displacement from Campanhã to the city center can be made by train from S. Bento Station (the trip is included in the Alfa ticket).
By Boat:
The Port of Leixões distances a few kilometers from the city center and it is expected to receive in 2012 about 80 cruises and over 80,000 passengers, coming from various parts of the world.
To access the city center, you have an excellent metro connection across the Line A (Blue)-Senhor de Matosinhos-Dragão Stadium.
