Located in the Historic District of Wolfeboro on a dirt road bounded by stone walls, the farm is only minutes to the Lakes, shops, restaurants and attractions of the area.
The Guest House was once a barn transformed into living space in the 1940's. It is spacious and sunny, furnished in antiques and has charm of days gone by.
It is part of a traditional working farm with gardens of herbs, flowers and heirloom vegetables. Many animals make this there home and can be enjoyed by guest. Their are dirt road and walking trails.
The Guest House is approximately 1500 sq.ft. and we offer the second floor with 2-3 bedrooms and a bath as a private suite. The downstairs, which could be private or used as a common area, consist of the living room/dining area and an additional bath. The kitchen is presently being used as a farm store, but use of the stove and refrigerator can be arranged.
